Looking for things to do in Dubai this weekend? This Dubai weekend guide for Oct 2–4 covers over a dozen plans, from a Friday sunset set at JBR to Korean art at Dubai Mall. Most are verified against official listings as of 1 October 2026. Some are free. Some sell out. Dates, prices and venues sit in a quick box under each heading. Our pick for first timers is Lost Frequencies on Saturday. Read the Dubai events October 2026 highlights below, then book early where tickets matter.

1. Belters Only at Bla Bla Beach Club

Belters Only at Bla Bla Beach Club

Start Friday by the pool. Belters Only, the Dublin duo behind Make Me Feel Good, play a sunset set at Bla Bla Beach Club on JBR's The Beach. Pool Drunch runs from 1pm, so the day builds toward the performance. Sunset Drunch follows from 6pm. The venue is strictly 21 and over. It is the easiest Friday plan on the list.

Date: Friday 2 October
Venue: Bla Bla Beach Club, 5101 Messer Street, The Beach, JBR

2. Najwa Karam Live

Najwa Karam Live

Najwa Karam is a Lebanese icon, and Coca-Cola Arena at City Walk suits her scale. Expect an evening of Arabic hits and a crowd that knows every word. Arrive early, because arena entry queues build before a 9 pm start. Prices begin at AED 150 and reach AED 1,995 for premium seating. If you book one Arabic concert this month, make it this one.

Date: Friday 2 October
Venue: Coca-Cola Arena, City Walk
Price: AED 150 to AED 1,995

3. Fairytale With Orchestra

Fairytale With Orchestra

Saturday afternoon has a rare family option. The UAE Philharmonic Orchestra performs Fairytales with Orchestra at New Covent Garden Theatre in Mall of the Emirates. A live narrator guides children through tales such as Aladdin and Sinbad the Sailor, while the instruments play the characters. It runs for 60 minutes, which suits young attention spans. Tickets start at AED 75. Take the Red Line to Mall of the Emirates station.

Date: Saturday 3 October
Venue: New Covent Garden Theatre, Mall of the Emirates, Level 2
Price: From AED 75

4. Alaa Abu Diab Live

Alaa Abu Diab Live

Alaa Abu Diab brings Arabic stand up comedy to Rajmahal Theatre at Dubai Parks and Resorts on Saturday night. The show is in Arabic, so it suits fluent speakers best. Tickets run from AED 220 to AED 400, which is a fair range for a headline comedy night. Book your ride home in advance, because Dubai Parks and Resorts sits well outside central Dubai.

Date: Saturday 3 October
Venue: Rajmahal Theatre, Dubai Parks and Resorts
Price: AED 220 to AED 400

5. Bohemia Presents Lost Frequencies

Bohemia Presents Lost Frequencies

This is our pick of the weekend. Lost Frequencies, the Belgian producer behind Are You With Me and Black Friday, opens the new Bohemia Presents season at Bohemia Beach Club, FIVE Palm Jumeirah. 6. Baithak ft. Osman Mir & Aamir Mir

Baithak ft. Osman Mir & Aamir Mir

Baithak is the calm option on a loud weekend. Father and son Osman Mir and Aamir Mir perform soulful Indian music at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel and Conference Centre on Saturday night. The word baithak means a gathering, and the show leans toward listening rather than dancing. Tickets start at AED 157.50 and go up to AED 420. Choose a higher tier if you want a clear view.

Venue: Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre
Price: AED 157.50 to AED 420

7. KOREA360 and The Closing Weekend

Every AED 300 spent at participating stores also earns a Spend and Win raffle entry.

9. The Korean Market

Korean Market

The Korean Market closes the K-Fest season at Al Ghurair Centre in Deira, from 1 to 4 October. Visit Dubai lists no vendor names, hours or entry price, so treat it as a casual browse rather than a destination. Pair it with a festival menu elsewhere in the city, such as Sui Mui's Korean inspired seafood stir fry at Dh100.

Dates: 1 to 4 October
Venue: Al Ghurair Centre, Deira

10. Omar El Gamal Live

Omar El Gamal Live

Omar El Gamal closes the weekend with an interactive comedy show on Sunday night. It plays at New Covent Garden Theatre in Mall of the Emirates at 9:30pm. Interactive means the crowd gets pulled in, so skip the front rows if you prefer to watch quietly. Tickets list at AED 135 to AED 270, though Visit Dubai's summary quotes AED 150, so confirm the final price at checkout.

Date: Sunday 4 October
Venue: New Covent Garden Theatre, Mall of the Emirates
Price: AED 150 to AED 300

11. Korean Movie Nights at ROXY Cinemas

Korean Movie Nights at ROXY Cinemas

ROXY is screening Korean films until 4 October, with tickets from AED 40. Dubai Hills Mall stages screenings inside a Korean-inspired set. City Walk and Al Khawaneej also take part. Selected sessions add a K Movie Mystery Game, where guests play detective, witness or suspect. It is the cheapest way to join K-Fest. The listing does not name films, so check titles and times on the ROXY website.

Venues: ROXY Dubai Hills Mall, City Walk, Al Khawaneej
Price: From AED 40

12. Coffee Day Events and Deals

Combine it with the Fairytales show at the same mall on Saturday.

Dates: 24 September to Saturday 10 October
Venue: Central Galleria, Mall of the Emirates

14. Jameel Arts Centre: Until 4 October

Jameel Arts Centre

Global Positioning System closes on 4 October, and entry to Jameel Arts Centre is free. The show explores mapping, navigation, infrastructure and changing landscapes. Go on Saturday or Sunday, because Friday opens at 12pm and Tuesday is closed. The Jaddaf Waterfront site sits on the Creek, a 12 minute walk from Al Jaddaf Metro station on the Green Line. It is the best free entry among the things to do in Dubai this weekend.

Dates: Until Sunday 4 October
Venue: Jameel Arts Centre, Jaddaf Waterfront

15. PLUMA Circus at Dubai Festival City Mall

PLUMA Circus

PLUMA by Cirque du Liban is the easiest add on to a KOREA360 visit, since both sit at Dubai Festival City Mall. The show follows a girl who dreams of flying, with aerial acts and acrobatics. Tickets start at Dhs100 and the run lasts until 31 December, so there is no rush this weekend. Check the ticket site for session times before you go.

Dates: Until 31 December
Venue: Big top, Dubai Festival City Mall
Price: From Dhs100

16. Floating Meditation at Anantara The Palm

Floating Meditation at Anantara The Palm

On Sunday 4 October, Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort hosts an evening of floating meditation and breathwork with Kamelia from Infinite Flow Wellness and coach Lisa. It starts at 8:30 pm, in candlelit surroundings on the water. It costs Dhs 299 per person, which is steep next to the free plans here. It is also the clearest reset after a loud Saturday. Book ahead.

Date: Sunday 4 October
Venue: Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort
Price: Dhs299 per person

Our pick for this Dubai weekend guide Oct 2–4 is Lost Frequencies at Bohemia on Saturday. The price is fair, the melodic house sound suits an open-air venue, and it opens a season rather than closing one. For families, choose Fairytales with Orchestra. For a free plan, choose Jameel before it closes. Book ticketed shows now, and recheck times before you leave.
